Our Model
Our unique model ensures no child or participant pays for training. All costs are absorbed by Gtech Solutions Impact Foundation, which contracts and funds Gtech Solutions Africa to deliver industry-relevant, professional-grade training across all programs.
Flagship Project: Tech for Kids Africa
This initiative offers free digital skills training to children aged 7–15 in underserved communities. Modules include:
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Coding for Kids
- Robotics & AI for Beginners
- Safe Internet Practices
🔹 Current Progress:
We are currently training 50 children under the Tech for Kids project.
🎯 Target: To reach 300 children by the end of the year.
Other Key Programs
🔸 AI Women Empowerment Academy
A 10-year program in five African countries training women in AI, digital marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Each country receives a $20 million investment.
🔸 Corporate Masterclass Impact Series
Free 3-day soft skills and AI training for staff in corporate institutions. Modules include emotional intelligence, leadership, customer care, and public speaking.
🔸 Digital Inclusion Drive
Free ICT training for youth and women in rural and underserved areas.
🔸 Scholarship & Mentorship
Providing academic scholarships and career mentoring to talented youth in tech.
